1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Divine Path Financial Services LLC, DBA Kingdom Funding Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at kingdomfundinggroup.com and any related services, content, and applications (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About Our Services — Broker, Not a Lender

Kingdom Funding Group is a commercial financing brokerage. We act solely as an intermediary that introduces business applicants to a network of independent third-party lenders and funding partners. We are not a lender, are not affiliated with any government agency, and do not: (a) originate, fund, or service any loan; (b) make credit, underwriting, or approval decisions; (c) set or guarantee any rates, fees, terms, or funding amounts; or (d) collect payments on any financing. All financing terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, approvals, disbursements, and servicing are determined and performed solely by the participating lender. Any loan or financing agreement is strictly between you and the lender. We do not charge upfront fees to applicants for submitting an inquiry.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a legal U.S. resident, and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent in order to use our Site or submit an application. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Application and Information You Provide

When you submit an application or inquiry, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You authorize us to share the information you provide with our network of lenders and funding partners for the purpose of evaluating financing options for your business. Submitting false or misleading information may result in denial of services and may constitute fraud.

5. Communications Consent

By submitting a form on this Site, you authorize Divine Path Financial Services LLC, DBA Kingdom Funding Group to text and/or call the phone number you provide for informational and transactional messages, possibly using automated means, even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Msg/data rates apply, msg frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Text HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in any message.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

Program description. When you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on our website application or contact forms, you authorize Divine Path Financial Services LLC, DBA Kingdom Funding Group to send you SMS text messages — possibly using automated means — regarding your funding inquiry, application status, document requests, financing offer notifications, appointment reminders, and customer support follow-ups (informational and transactional messages).

Express written consent. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or of obtaining financing. You may apply for and receive financing without opting in to text messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and stage in the funding process. You should expect approximately 2–10 messages per month.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges from your mobile provider apply to all messages sent and received. Kingdom Funding Group does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages.

Opt-out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program.

Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing of mobile opt-in data. Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to subcontractors that support the SMS service (such as messaging platforms and CMS providers) and is otherwise governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. No Lending Decision; Third-Party Lenders

We facilitate introductions between applicants and independent third-party lenders. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the products, terms, pricing, underwriting, servicing, collection, or any other actions of any lender. Any contract for financing is exclusively between you and the lender. We make no representation or warranty that any lender will approve your application, offer financing on any particular terms, or fund any loan within any particular timeframe.

8. Compensation Disclosure

We may receive compensation from lenders and funding partners for referrals, applications, or funded transactions. This compensation may influence which offers are presented and the order in which they appear. Not all financing options available in the market are listed on this Site.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, articles, and software — is the property of Kingdom Funding Group, Divine Path Financial, or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
• Submit information about a business or individual without proper authorization;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• Use automated tools, scrapers, bots, or similar means to access or collect data from the Site;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any portion of the Site;
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IS COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KINGDOM FUNDING GROUP, DIVINE PATH FINANCIAL, OR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY FINANCING TRANSACTION INTRODUCED THROUGH THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kingdom Funding Group, Divine Path Financial, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

15. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mercer County, New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
